For the next 2 weeks, I will be on a strict diet. - No fried food
- Cut down on carbonhydrates (error in spelling)
- Eat more vegetable and fish
- Drink 2 litres of water
I am pretty sure if I can control my temptations to eat fattening food.
And follow the above, i will be able to lose 1kg within 2 damn freaking weeks
